Michele A. Crosa is a Martindale Hubbell AV Preeminent® rated attorney and an experienced litigator and trial lawyer with an emphasis in the representation of condominiums, community associations, hotels and other commercial entities.
Mrs. Crosa’s practice maintains a condominium and community association focus and includes representation of clients in state and federal court with regard to matters involving real estate, commercial litigation, construction, bankruptcy, premises liability and defense of insureds in general liability and property damage matters. In addition, Mrs. Crosa devotes a substantial percentage of her practice to real estate and/or commercial transactional matters as well.
Mrs. Crosa received her Bachelor of Arts and Sciences Degree in Philosophy from Florida International University. After graduating from FIU, Mrs. Crosa earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Denver Sturm College Of Law. While in law school, Mrs. Crosa completed an internship with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court – District of Colorado, was a student attorney with the University of Denver Tax Law Clinic, and also an officer of the Law School’s Moot Court Board. She completed the Florida Bar Advanced Trial Advocacy Program.
